We develop PCMs with various melting and freezing points.Our PCMs have four main features.

(1) They are water based (i.e., the main component is water). They have high latent heat, ensuring safety. (Some are made of normal paraffin.)
(2) Supercooling (a characteristic of water) is suppressed, making them easy to freeze.
(3) They allow for temperature ranges above 0°C.
(4) There is an ultra-thin type which freezes quickly, with effective cooling performance.

Freezes at freezing point due to special technology.

In actual fact, conventional ice packs do not freeze at the freezing point.

Due to the characteristics of water, which is the main component, conventional ice packs must be cooled to an ambient temperature that is 10°C lower than the freezing point, or they will not begin to freeze.
Our special technology has made it possible for Kipcul to freeze at the freezing point.

UT is the thinnest PCM in the industry, with a thickness of only 12 mm.

This enables it to be frozen in half the time of conventional products.

Short freezing time increases PCM rotation speed

Using PCM ice packs every day requires enough inventory for the number of days they will be used and the number of days they will be re-frozen.

They can also be installed in a small space.

Due to their thickness, conventional ice packs can only be inserted into limited space, such as being placed in bulk on top of the cargo.

The large surface area means that items cool faster.

With TC-UT high-performance PCM, ultra-low temperatures can be achieved

TC-UT ice packs have a larger surface area than conventional products.By using TC-UT, the temperature inside the storage locker will be lower, even than with the same weight of conventional product.
