Vision & Mission

Culture

One for all, All for one.
That is WACON’s Culture

What is a company?
We often hear explanations of what a company is. Sometimes, we discuss companies as separate from ourselves,
but who makes up a company? In reality, a company is made up of individuals.
A company is simply what we call an ensemble of individuals.
That means that these individuals can bring change to a company.
Each individual is responsible for their company, and they think and act for the company. And with a company (everyone), someone will reach out if a fellow member is struggling. When there is something joyful, everyone is happy.
The company (everyone) also thinks and acts for the individual. At WACON, we strive for this company culture.
